The Byron Bay Wildlife Sanctuary is home to over 100 beautiful Australian wildlife animals, including the iconic kangaroo, plus a fabulous array of birds and reptiles and yes, this includes snakes and crocodiles!
Don't miss saying hello to their resident personalities Manda the wombat as well as Arnie the koala. They are super cute! The sanctuary also have bunnies and guinea pigs as well as a Chick House with a host of adorable baby chicks (and yes, you can hold them!)
Byron Bay Wildlife Sanctuary also offer a range of wildlife encounters where you can experience these incredible animals up close.
The sanctuary isn't just wildlife those! Why not take a break and take on the 18 hole golf course, or make a splash in the waterpark. They even have a really fun tree house playground!
With comprehensive daily programs of Keeper talks and interactive activities, plus Free Flight Birds every day at 12:15pm, you certainly won't be short of things to do at the Byron Bay Wildlife Sanctuary!
