Since then, they have always held a special part in the city's heart....and now you can experience them for yourselves!
Bendigo Tramways offer a number of fascinating and fun tours that will give you a pretty unique family day out!
The most popular and famous tour is the Vintage "talking" tram tour, where you sit back, relax, and actually let the tram do all of the talking! It will take you through all the sights and sounds of Bendigo. and entertain you with stories of the city that actually founded one of the richest goldfields in the WORLD!
Ever wondered where the trams are restored? The Depot & Workshop Tour is the best option for you then! You will be in awe at the country's oldest operating Tram Depot, home to a large number of trams - each with their own story to tell!
