It's FREE outdoor adventures for those kids and families at Tingley Beach! With no admission, you can just enjoy nature, the water, and the fun that goes with it - until your heart's content!
Tingley Beach is where you can enjoy fishing, where from dawn to dusk you can try and catch the biggest fish. There is a kids pond for the little ones too, as well as a catch and release pond!
You can just relax and have a picnic under the sun, or grab those hiking shoes and head out into nature and explore! You never know what kind of wildlife you might spot too!
Dogs are welcome on the trails, and so it really makes for just a fun, nature filled family day out that you will probably find yourselves going back to again and again!

I’m Hungry! Can I get food at Tingley Beach?
Bring a picnic to eat on the green or grab a burger at the Tingley Cafe! They also serve other snack foods and ice cream and popsicles.
Any top tips when visiting?
You can ride the Rio Line Train from Tingley Beach, but tickets are not available every day. Check the website www.cabq.gov/biopark for details.
Does Tingley Beach have a gift shop?
Visit Tingley Beach Outfitters for fishing and hunting licenses, a full range of rods, reels, tackle and bait as well as ice, souvenirs, t-shirts, hats and other items.
Does Tingley Beach have healthy eating or Vegan options?
Take plenty of bottled water!
Is Tingley Beach fully accessible?
The pond is equipped with a wheelchair ramp in front of the Train Station.
